We are please to offer an upcoming financial planning workshop designed to help young adults gain clarity and control over their financial lives, and to understand how the decisions made in their 20s and 30s can meaningfully shape their long-term future.

This session will be led by our very own Nicholas Lapp, a certified local financial advisor for Lincoln Investment in Fairport. The workshop will focus on the fundamentals of financial planning, investment, and retirement preparation. These are areas that are often delayed early in one's career yet have the greatest potential impact when addressed sooner. For many, this stage in life includes navigating student loans, first full-time jobs, changing incomes, employer benefits, rising living costs, and competing financial priorities. This workshop is designed to help bring structure and direction to those moving pieces.

The workshop will cover:

- How investing works and why starting early can significantly change long-term results.

- Investing with confidence rather than uncertainty and guess work.

- The basics of retirement planning and long-term wealth building.

- Making smarter use of employer benefits and retirement plans.

- Common financial mistakes seen and how to avoid them.

- Creating momentum toward future goals such as homeownership, career changes, or financial independence.

- Opportunities for Investment in line with Catholic Social Teaching

Dates and Times:

This workshop is being offered TWICE (Identical workshops, but on different days so people unable to attend one, might be able to attend the other)
