About Us

CONVERGE is a Joint-Parish Young Adult Initiative seeking to bring hope to the hopeless and enliven young adult community in the city of Rochester.

Whether just out of high school, figuring out life after college, or married with kids, there is a place for you in our community!

Based in Rochester, we are an active and enthusiastic community with events and activities taking place all year-round. We like to keep up the energy and excitement, always welcoming new friends to take part. Simply put, we love getting together to spend time in community!

Through our time in communion with each other, we strive to bring others to communion with Jesus. Learning and growing together, we advance in faith day by day.

No matter who you are, no matter where you’ve been, no matter what you’ve done, you are invited and welcome to join us in this journey of life.

Our Story

Converge Young Adult Ministry was founded in 2022 through the collaboration of Peace of Christ Parish, Saint Kateri Tekakwitha Parish, and the Southeast Rochester Catholic Community.

Already geographically proximate, the parishes decided to work together to not only improve efficiently, but simultaneously pool resources and talents to reach more people.

Based on the results thus far, we would consider it a smash success!
